Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while protecting the interests of both the traveler and our services. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled trip date are eligible for a full refund, minus a small processing fee to cover administrative costs. For cancellations made between 30 to 15 days before departure, a partial refund will be issued, typically around 50-75% of the total package cost, depending on the specific package and its terms. If a cancellation occurs within 14 to 7 days of the trip, the refund amount decreases, often ranging between 25-50%, as arrangements such as accommodations, transport, and tour guides have already been secured by this time. Cancellations within 7 days of the trip or no-shows on the day of departure will not be eligible for a refund.
